What Will Be the Cost for My Vision Correction Procedure?

The cost for your vision correction procedure will depend on which procedure you have. At your consultation with Dr. Herschel, you will discuss the options available to you based on your eyes, lifestyle, and vision correction goals. Investing in vision correction will likely be one of the most important investments you ever make in yourself, just as it was for Casey, Fang, and Jeffrey. The value to you should be measured in two ways: First, in the quality of care, you receive from your surgeon and your surgical outcome today. Second, in the care and personal attention, your surgeon provides you to ensure that you will have the best possible vision throughout your lifetime.

Can I Afford Laser Vision Correction?

Laser vision correction surgery, including LASIK, is considered elective and, therefore, not covered by most insurance plans. At Herschel LASIK we strive to make vision correction affordable for all our patients. We have assembled a variety of affordable payment options, so financial considerations should not be an obstacle to your achieving your vision correction goals. Like Meredith, our patients find financing to be easy.

Payment Options:

We accept all major credit cards, cashier’s checks, and cash. We also offer a variety of financing programs for qualified applicants with attractive terms for virtually every budget, including $0 down and 0% financing.

Vision Plans Accepted:

We welcome Qualsight Plan members and most laser vision correction insurance plans.
Do you have a vision plan or are you a Qualsight member? Call or text our office at 407-894-8081 to find out if you qualify for the special LASIK pricing provided by these plans.

Flex Spending:

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Spending Accounts (HSA) are tax-free health care savings plans offered by many employers. These accounts enable you to set aside money tax-free for medical expenses, including vision correction. Open enrollment periods vary and may be short. You can visit our center for your free LASIK consultation to see if you qualify for LASIK or another vision correction procedure. You can then set aside money tax-free for your procedure.

Cost Comparison:

Vision correction price shopping can be challenging, as there are various providers in the marketplace offering a wide range of prices. We invite you to do your homework and determine if Herschel LASIK is right for you. In doing so, it is essential to compare apples to apples. Keep in mind that the two most important factors in determining your surgical outcome are technology and surgeon training, experience, and expertise. Procedures may have the same names, but the underlying technologies and providers can be very different. Our patient, Zach, figured this all out and shared his story in his Facebook post. Like Zach, you will undoubtedly do your research, become informed, and choose what is best for you.

Our patients tell us that How to Choose Your LASIK or Cataract Surgeon is very helpful for this purpose, and the printable 12 Point Checklist is a convenient tool.

If you have questions during the course of your research, please call or text our office at 407.894.8081, and our experienced staff would be happy to help. With so many affordable options available, achieving your highest quality vision will be easier than you think!

Those who know choose Herschel LASIK and Cataract Institute

Beautiful office. Amazing and caring staff. Getting my surgery done Saturday and the Doctor and the staff helped choose the right option for me and I didn't feel pushed to commit. One of the only few who commits the patient to a dry eye treatment as per my research. Post-surgery I hope to keep my 5 star rating because I have nothing bad to say!

I recently did my LASIK procedure about 1 week ago and was completely blown away from beginning to end with the SERVICE received from the entire staff at Herschel LASIK. The office is beautifully decorated and the staff was always professional, personable, knowledgeable and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the way that everything was explained clearly before, during and after my procedure and questions were always encouraged and answered. My experience was the best encounter to date with a physician. Excellent doctor + excellent support staff +excellent service = excellent experience and a happy customer. Thank you so much Dr. Herschel, Doris and Francesca.

Great service, sometimes a bit of a wait, but I take a full lobby as a sign of a well recommended doctor. Staff is friendly & quick to answerphones & squeeze me in when I got an eye problem. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to get LASIK. Doctor even personally called to check on me the night after my procedure.

I got my LASIK procedure done here. I was apprehensive, mostly because anything to do with my eyes kind of freaked me out.
I went under a free consultation. The nurses/assistants were very nice and they answered any questions I had. Then I met Dr. Herschel and he was very nice and understanding. He explained all that would happen, how everything works, how long recovery will be, everything.
So, I agreed and start the process. I love the fact you always meet with Dr. Herschel at every appointment.
I now have 20/20 vision.
I'd highly recommend going to him for all of your vision needs.

Great surgeon and great staff. Do your research, Dr. Herschel is more than just a LASIK surgeon. He is certified and specializes in all areas of eye surgery so have peace of mind that you are getting one of the best. They use current technology and machines. More so, if your eyes aren’t ready for surgery he has no problem delaying 1-2 weeks until they are 100% good-to-go. He will not risk your health for the sake of money.
